- You have read and understood these Terms and the educational nature of all programmes
- You are registering on your own behalf or, if registering another person, that you have authority to do so
3. Service Description
Sunsethold offers three educational programmes designed to assist adults in organising personal records and thinking through questions related to retirement. Our programmes are:
- Personal Records Organisation Workshop — a single small-group afternoon session focused on document filing and labelling
- Pre-Retirement Planning Conversation Series — a four-session reading group for adults approaching retirement, addressing common questions and personal timelines
- Family Records Coordination Programme — a six-week programme including structured folder templates, three home consultation visits, and a written records map
All programmes are available to residents of Thailand. Availability of home visits is subject to geographic feasibility within the Bangkok metropolitan area. We reserve the right to confirm availability prior to accepting a booking.
4. Enrolment and Attendance
Enrolment is complete only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a written booking confirmation by Sunsethold. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Workshop and session places are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis
- Group sessions are held at times and venues communicated in your booking confirmation
- Home visits under the Family Records Coordination Programme are scheduled by mutual agreement
- Participants are expected to attend on time; late arrival may limit participation in the session
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of any applicable materials provided during the programme. Current fees are:
- Personal Records Organisation Workshop — ฿5,500 per person
- Pre-Retirement Planning Conversation Series — ฿14,500 per person
- Family Records Coordination Programme — ฿29,800 per household
Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer, and details are provided in the booking confirmation. Sunsethold reserves the right to adjust fees for future programmes. Any fee adjustment will not affect confirmed bookings that have already been paid.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. The following are not permitted during sessions or home visits:
- Recording of sessions without the prior written consent of Sunsethold
- Sharing session materials with third parties for commercial purposes

9. Educational Disclaimer
All Sunsethold programmes are strictly educational and organisational in nature. Nothing communicated during a session, in printed materials, or by Sunsethold staff constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult qualified and licensed professionals — including legal advisers, financial planners, and tax specialists — for matters that require professional guidance. Sunsethold does not act as a representative, agent, or intermediary before any government body, regulatory authority, or financial institution.
Any decisions made by a participant following attendance at a Sunsethold programme are made solely at the participant's own discretion and responsibility.

- Sunsethold is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by participants following a session
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Sunsethold's negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under Thai law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sunsethold, its staff, and facilitators harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a session, or any unlawful use of materials provided to you.
12. Termination
Sunsethold may terminate a participant's access to future sessions, without refund of remaining sessions in a series, where the participant has materially breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that disrupts other participants. Written notice will be provided.
Terms relating to intellectual property, the educational disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination of any booking agreement.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through informal resolution: both parties agree to communicate directly and in good faith for a period of at least 30 days before pursuing formal proceedings.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. Sunsethold's principal place of business is in Bangkok.

- Notices — Notices under these Terms should be sent in writing to [email protected] or to our postal address
15. Changes to These Terms
Sunsethold may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed in writing.
